Hi,
mir ist nicht klar geworden, was "fair use" ist: Ein Umgehen mit dem
Copyright in der Hoffnung der Copyright-Owner möge Verständnis haben?
Oder ein rechtliches Konstrukt?

Und da trifft ja auch nicht zu, denn ich habe den ganzen Artikel
gepostet - alles andere macht auch nicht viel Sinn.
Btw wird hier der "Fairness"-Begriff an die Verwertung (commercial
value) gekoppelt. Da wird doch ganze Gerechtigkeitskram auf den Punkt
gebracht: der "gerechte Tausch" solle nicht verletzt werden.
